Integrity policy

§1. GENERAL

This policy applies to 'Jippoo' (App). The App is owned and operated by Techtify AB (Company) with organisation number 559335-0001.

This policy can be modified in the future. Before significant changes are made the User is notified in the following way:

The user (User) gets a notification in the App.

§2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process the following personal data about the User if the User creates an account in the App:

  • Name and contact information such as first name, middle name, surname and personal number (collected via Mobile BankID)
  • Email (added manually by the User)
  • Phone number (added manually by the User)

§3. WHEN DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

The company could process the User's personal data for the following purposes (complete list):

  • To have updated information about the User
  • To be able to deliver and communicate our services to the User
  • To administer and handle communication with the User
  • To enable the User to be invited to/invite to events and groups

§4. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company uses the following legal basis for the processing of personal data:

  • The processing is necessary in order to fulfill the Company's part of the agreement where the User is part (to be able to create an account in the App)

§5. HOW PERSONAL DATA IS SHARED

The Company do not sell the User's personal data to any third party actors, but the Company share it with those who can help the Company in operations or to fulfill the purpose for which the Company processes personal data. One example is the company that supplies the integrated support feature in the App.

§6. WHERE PERSONAL DATA IS SHARED

The Company keeps the User's personal data within the inner market (EES) as far as possible. If the User's personal data is transferred to a third country the Company has either made sure the European Commission has assessed the country to have adequate protection level or signed a European Union standard agreement with the receiving party in the third country.

§7. HOW LONG PERSONAL DATA IS STORED

The Company stores the User's personal data as long as it's necessary for the purpose for which it is stored. Normally it's for as long as the User has a connection to the Company (e.g. the User is a customer to the Company or a subscriber of our news letter), but some personal data are stored as long as it necessary according to external rules or regulations such as tax or accounting laws that demands personal data to be stored for 7 years.

§8. THE USER'S RIGHTS AS A REGISTERED USER

The User have rights regarding the User's personal data which the Company is happy to help the User to pursue. The Company is listing the rights below. If the User wishes to pursue any of them the User contacts the Company via email at hej@techtify.se.

  • Right to access - The User has the right to know which personal data the Company is processing about the User and get a copy of them.
  • Right to correction - If the User find that the Company is processing incorrect personal data about the User such as name or personal number, the User can ask the Company to correct them.
  • Right to limitation of processing - The User can demand that the Company restricts the processing of the User's personal data. This can be relevant if the Company has incorrect information about the User and the User doesn't want that the processing continues before the Company har corrected it.
  • Right to be forgotten - The User can demand that the Company deletes the User's personal data from the App.
  • Right to data portability - The User has the right to get the User's personal data in a machine readable format so that it can be forwarded to another party.
  • Right to make objections - For the processes that are based on legitimate interest the User has the right to object against the usage of the User's personal data. In that case, the Company weighs the User's interest of integrity against the Company's legitimate interest. If the User's interest weighs heavier the Company will stop the process.
  • Right to revoke consent - If a process of personal data is based on consent, the User has the right to revoke the consent of the processing of the User's personal data. The Company will not continue the processing of the User's personal data if the consent is revoked.
  • Right to not be subject to profiling - The User has the right to demand not to be subject to profiling (e.g. that the Company makes conclusions about the User based on information from Google Analytics, such as the User's geographical position, how the User found it's way to the website or what browser the User is using).

Finally, if the User feels like the Company has failed taking care of the Users personal data or the User's rights, the User can contact Datainspektionen. The User contacts them via email at datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se
