§1. GENERAL

These user terms are applied to the usage of the app 'Jippoo' (App). By downloading The App and creating an account the account holder (User) accepts these terms. The App is owned and operated by Techtify AB (Company) with organisation number 559335-0001.

If the User does not accept this terms the User should not create an account or use the App.

If the User has created an account and wishes to get it deleted the User contacts the Company via email at hej@techtify.se.

Following terms can be modified in the future. Before significant changes are made the User is notified in the following way:

The User gets a notification in the App.

§2. THE APP

The core purpose of the App is to offer a service where the User can be invited to and create events. The download and usage of the App is free of charge.

Functions (examples):

Create and invite friends to a group
Create and invite friends to an event
Create agendas in events
Share images in groups/events
Create posts in groups/events
Create and play quizzes
Play premade quizzes
Cost share

§3. RULES OF ORDER

As a User in the app the User guarantees and promises to use the App in a way that's according to rules and regulations in these terms and according to applicable laws.

Furthermore the User guarantees and promises to keep a good tone in the social functions in the App and to only publish posts, events and groups without offensive content.

A User that violates these terms will be handled in the following way:

The User will be suspended from the App for two(2) weeks if the violation is considered minor and permanently if the violation is considered major.

§4. JURISDICTION

The App is operated and developed from Sweden and is regulated by Swedish law.

§5. RESPONSIBILITY LIMITATIONS

The Company disclaims responsibility for any damage related to the groups or events the User creates or attends. The Company does not guarantee that the connection to the App if free of interruption or errors. The Company reserves the right to, at any time, revise the functionality in the App or remove the access to it. All downloads from the App are made at your own risk. The User is solely responsible for any eventual damage to their data system or any loss of data caused by the download.

§6. IMMATERIAL RIGHTS

The name, logotype and code base in the App is owned by the Company or its affiliated company. The contents may not be changed, sent, recreated, published, licensed, transferred or sold without prior written approval from the Company.

§7. INTEGRITY POLICY

The Company commits to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) whose is to protect fundamental rights of the individual.
